1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "phbrt" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phbrt.net, including all games, services, features, and tools provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on phbrt and is authorized to access and use the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on phbrt for the purpose of accessing games and financial services on the platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's phbrt account wallet at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a specified amount before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Payment Method" means any approved payment channel used for deposits or withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, guidelines, and ordinances of the Republic of the Philippines that govern online gaming activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the phbrt registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using the phbrt platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phbrt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with phbrt, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, bonus eligibility, and the use of all customer support services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

phbrt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phbrt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing the platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, temporary suspension, or permanent ban issued by phbrt or any other Philippine gaming operator.
• You have the legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding agreements and to engage in online gaming activities.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phbrt or any affiliated entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.

phbrt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on phbrt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number registered with your preferred Philippine payment method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

phbrt conducts mandatory KYC verification for all new accounts prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID. phbrt may request additional documents in connection with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations under Philippine law.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phbrt will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify phbrt support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phbrt shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbrt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the phbrt platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The use of third-party accounts or payment methods registered under names other than the verified account holder is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are generally credited to your phbrt wallet balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phbrt does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day. phbrt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeline.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

phbrt is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity. phbrt is required by law to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players must ensure that all funds deposited on the platform originate from legitimate sources.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phbrt offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms set out in each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be used as part of any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• phbrt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments to Players who have already opted in under the original terms.
• In the event of a dispute concerning bonus eligibility or calculation, phbrt's determination shall be final and binding.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting system errors, shall have their bonus funds voided and may be subject to account suspension.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phbrt platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, rummy, wheel, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 Game Integrity

phbrt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game types. Live casino games are operated via certified live dealer studios with independent oversight. Game outcomes on the phbrt platform are not influenced by the size of a Player's bet, account history, or any other external factor.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phbrt reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phbrt shall not be liable for losses or perceived winnings arising from any technical error.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on phbrt cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other events. Odds are subject to change and are final at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. phbrt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing or other integrity violations, in accordance with applicable sporting body rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the phbrt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your phbrt account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the phbrt platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or game operators to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unauthorized sources.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbrt staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

phbrt offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly through the account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending in line with your personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you to the amount of time spent gaming in any single session.
• Temporary Self-Suspension: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which access to games and deposits will be blocked.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phbrt account with no option for reinstatement. This option is recommended for Players who feel they have lost control of their gaming behavior.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming position and time elapsed during a session.

phbrt enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and the account balance forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbrt platform — including but not limited to the phbrt brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of phbrt or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbrt platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phbrt content without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, phbrt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from game malfunctions, connectivity issues, or delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made by phbrt in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the voiding of game results or the closure of an account found to be in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phbrt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

phbrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and real-money funds associated with pending investigations — may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to Player breach (for example, where phbrt ceases operations in a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting phbrt support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to phbrt's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being lodged with phbrt support, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Philippine gaming regulations. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phbrt's records and data logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of all transactions, game results, and communications for the purposes of any dispute proceeding, unless there is clear evidence of manifest error.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phbrt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phbrt will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform's website. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required for legal compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phbrt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as set out in Section 12.
